During our €2.5 million refurbishment in 2025, skilled artists perfectly balanced contemporary tastes with traditional elegance. And it didn’t stop at our food. Our dedicated team of hugely talented chefs reimagined our menus to maintain our proudly traditional style of food but give it a modern fusion twist. Accompanying the freshest fish, the juiciest steaks and the widest range of local Irish vegetables, is a superb selection of international wines, spirits, beers and stouts. Of course, kids, vegetarians, coeliacs and other dietary requirements are all still very well catered for.
